NewSkill is a platform that aggregates and shares free Udemy course coupons. We provide links to Udemy courses that are currently available for free using promotional coupons.

Coupon Validity

We do not guarantee that any coupon listed on our platform will be valid, active, or functional. Coupons have:

Sponsorship & Wallet System

Instructors may promote their courses through our Sponsorship system. By using this service, you agree that:

  • Sponsorship is billed on a Cost-Per-Click (CPC) basis.
  • You must maintain a sufficient balance in your platform Wallet to keep promotions active.
  • Deposits into the Wallet are non-refundable once credited.
  • Self-clicking or any form of click fraud is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
  • We do not guarantee a specific number of clicks or enrollments from sponsored content.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Account Deletion & Data Retention

Users may request account deletion at any time through their Profile Settings or by following the instructions on our Delete Account page.

  • Upon account deletion, all personal data (name, email) is permanently removed from our active databases.
  • Any courses submitted by the account will remain visible on the platform to maintain the service's integrity but will be anonymized.
  • Wallet balances and transaction history may be retained for accounting and legal purposes.
  • Account deletion is irreversible.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
